In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "zx777" refers to the online gaming platform operating at zx777.bio, including all associated services, interfaces, and features accessible to registered players.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all zx777 transactions are conducted.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the zx777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and zx777 with respect to your use of the Platform.

zx777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zx777 will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or via a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on zx777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;

• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any corporate entity;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of zx777;
• You have not been self-excluded from zx777 or any affiliated gaming platform;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

zx777 conducts age and identity verification (KYC) on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a Player does not satisfy eligibility criteria, zx777 may suspend the account pending verification and may ultimately close the account and void any associated balance if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. zx777 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all locations from which it may be accessed.

To access all features of the zx777 Platform, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, a valid email address, and your preferred payment method details.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) zx777 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses credited to them voided, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zx777 login credentials. You must not share your password, allow third parties to access your account, or transfer your account to any other person. zx777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

You must notify zx777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. zx777 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of a reported security breach.

zx777 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, refuse registration to any applicant or suspend an existing account where there is reasonable cause to believe these Terms have been or are likely to be breached.

All financial transactions on zx777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zx777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and supported cryptocurrency networks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your zx777 account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes depending on the sending institution. zx777 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification prior to processing. zx777 targets a processing time of approximately 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals and up to 60 minutes for bank transfer withdrawals, subject to verification status and the volume of pending requests.

zx777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's zx777 wallet balance.

zx777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all zx777 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance;

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the zx777 system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. Settlement of bets and casino game outcomes is determined by the zx777 system and, where applicable, by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness.

zx777 reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed in error due to a technical fault, pricing error, or data feed failure;
• The event to which the bet relates was cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or otherwise did not proceed as anticipated;
• There is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of information not available to the general public at the time of placement (insider information);
• The bet forms part of a pattern of collusive, fraudulent, or abusive betting activity.

Maximum bet and maximum winnings limits apply to all markets and games on zx777. These limits are displayed within the applicable game or market interface and may be amended by zx777 at any time. zx777 may at its discretion apply individual account-level betting limits.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zx777 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Money Laundering: Using the zx777 Platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of criminal activity, in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or access the Platform in any way;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on zx777;
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between zx777 and other betting operators;

• Unauthorised Account Access: Accessing or attempting to access another Player's zx777 account without that Player's explicit consent;

All content on the zx777 Platform — including but not limited to the zx777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of zx777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zx777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any zx777 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any zx777 software or content;
• Use any zx777 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by zx777 without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of zx777 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

zx777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on zx777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by zx777 includes registration information (name, date of birth, CNIC number, email address), payment method details, transaction history, gaming activity, and device and connection data. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the zx777 Platform.

zx777 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication to protect Player data. zx777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

zx777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from account settings at no cost:

zx777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond zx777's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. zx777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

zx777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your zx777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

zx777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to pass or complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering or other criminal purposes;
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A legal or regulatory requirement to suspend or close the account;
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month after written notice).

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, zx777 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure results from a confirmed breach, zx777 reserves the right to forfeit the balance entirely. Where closure is at zx777's discretion and no breach has been identified, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zx777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, zx777 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the Platform or its players.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

zx777 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at zx777.bio/terms-conditions and will display the date on which it was last updated.

For material changes to these Terms — including changes that may adversely affect Player rights or obligations — zx777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes coming into effect.

Your continued use of the zx777 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
